About Tereza Murray

Tereza became involved in franchising in 2006 when she and husband Steve franchised their commercial property services business, started in 1999. The business grew to a substantial size with hundreds of clients and a staff of 60. The move to franchising saw them transition from 60+ employees to 22 franchisees over 3 years.

We will conduct a comprehensive feasibility assessment of the suitability of your business for franchising. We look at all relevant areas including your current business position, the market you operate in, strengths and weaknesses, and whether the existing model could be a successful franchise, as well as any areas requiring further development or change. We provide you with guidance around fee modelling, potential territories and branding.

Step 3 - Proposal

Following the completion of the Feasibility Assessment we will discuss all outcomes and recommendations with you. If we believe your business is suitable for a franchise model, we will provide you with a proposal specific to your brand, goals and vision. This proposal will outline the phased work to be completed, our terms, and cost to franchise your business effectively.
